Personally, I've gone through periods where I felt like I was at zero, so instead of complaining, I made up for it.
What I'm about to show you is how I personally manage my days to have much more energy.

7 ways to get more energy
1. I start the day with a cold shower
As soon as I get up I'm going to take a cold shower.
I know what you're thinking, I'm sure you're already underestimating the power of this simple act.
Maybe you think "Yeah ok, for sure a cold shower wakes up really good" or again "Yeah ok, but I'm cold!!!".
Get ready to think again, the cold shower not only brings you some remarkable physical benefits, but it's a lot easier to do than what everyone thinks.
Physical benefits are:
- It gives you an crazy burst of energy: increases blood flow in your blood and stimulates your whole body
- Promotes muscle recovery
- Decreases stress levels
- (and many other benefits)
If, on the other hand, your objection is "I'm cold, I can't do this", know that I suffer a lot from the cold, I hate winter, when my friends are in t-shirts I have a jacket, it's just my physiology.
But… the cold shower is something else entirely, the feeling is completely different.
How to?
Start with lukewarm water so it's easy to get started, then at some point put all the water on cold.
The instinctive reaction will be to contract all your muscles, try instead to relax, take a breath and I assure you that after 30 seconds the temperature will seem normal and you will feel a strong sense of energy and well-being.
I know, it still sounds like bullshit to you. I'll make you a deal: You try it once, and I'll try it again then you tell me how you feel! 😉

2. I go towards my goals
I don't get distracted during the day, I go towards my goals in various fields of my life.
What does this have to do with physical energy??
But… everything?
Of course, if you are mentally unmotivated your physical energy will be low, there is little to do.
If instead you go towards a goal you put yourself on the path of the real man, this allows you to have a very strong energy and motivation in your days.
Of course, going towards a goal means going through some tough times too, that's obvious! But if you have a goal in your head and you get on the right track, you'll always have the 'wow'Energy to overcome the obstacles you find in your way.

3. I keep my testosterone up
Very often the problem with low energy lies in the low testosterone level.
The less testosterone you have, the less male energy and physical energy you have.
In recent decades there has been a constant decline testosterone levels of men.
In 2006, a study showed that in recent years, the number of people with junk food is increasing every year there has been a decrease in the1% testosterone in men.
Another research study compared men of the same age in 2004 and 1980 and found that men in 2004 had an 20% less testosterone compared to then peers in 1980.
They say: "There are no more men than there used to be!"
… it's true! It's a physical fact, scientifically proven!

Yeah actually a lot of the things I explain around the site and in this article are about improving your testosterone levels, for example:

4. I exercise (or at least stay outdoors)
When I can I exercise, I don't have to explain why it's good for me right?
Every now and then I don't have the time to do it… then?
Then at least I'm going for a quick walk in nature. It doesn't have to be a forest, if you are in the center of Milan just look for a park ok?
Nature relaxes, empties the mind, calms, and makes you leave out all the crap of modern life.
It seems like a small thing, but it makes a noticeable difference.
Next time you feel full of thoughts, instead of banging your head on the wall, pick up and go for a walk in nature, you'll feel so much better.
5. I don't eat shit
99% of the time I put something in my mouth, it's real food and not junk food.
What it means?
What I don't eat:
- Candy
- Packaged sauces
- Chips
- Foods that make me jump in my chair when you read the ingredient list
- etc. etc.
I mean, everyone knows what junk food is by now, I don't have to explain it to you, do I??
In this article I do not want to get lost in the labyrinth of the various diets, each says its own and there are conflicting studies on each of these diets.
The thing that unites all of these eating regimens is to start eating real food (no, junk food is not real food, it's junk).
Let's get this straight: I'm not a food nazi, maybe I'm out and I'll splurge, but that's totally fine by me, the important thing is to eat well 99% of the time.
6. I don't smoke
I quit smoking a long time ago and I haven't started again.
How I did? Through sheer force of will, some of my friends have found the classic book "It's 'easy to quit smoking if you know how" helpful. This book can be very helpful but it's definitely not the magic wand, if you don't want it badly you'll never make it.
Why I stopped?
I quit for 3+1 basic reasons, if you're thinking of quitting I hope at least oneor of these reasons push you to do it permanently.
- First reason: health
I didn't understand what was the point of ravaging my body.
Your body is the only one you have and it must be treated well.
At least until they do not make brain transplants, but until then better not to fuck up.
- Second: money
Whether you're a very young guy with no money (like I was at the time), or you don't have a problem with money, anyway makes absolutely no sense spending money on cigarettes.
Let's do the round count that a pack of cigarettes costs €5 .
If you smoke one every other day you're spending: 912 € per year.
If you smoke one a day you spend: 1825 € a year.
1825 € ?!?!
And then you say you do not have the money to go on vacation?!! And then you write me that a seduction Ebook is expensive 😉 . You spend 1825 euros a year to ravage your body and a few euros for an Ebook that transforms your life with women is expensive?!?!
Ok, your choice.
I'm just telling you that spending €1825 to get a tumor is just bullshit. Keeping in mind that some people get it for free and certainly don't want it: a few months ago a friend of mine left for a tumor.
- Third: psychological slavery
A real man always make his own decisions in independence, he is not a slave to anything, not to women and definitely not a substance like nicotine.
If you can't choose whether to smoke or not, if you can't throw away money and health to inhale smoke well.. you are a slave. How do you think this will affect your life 360 degrees?
Isn't it time to break these chains?
Yes, it's time.
- Fourth: the reason I hadn't thought of
After quitting I realized a fourth reason to quit that I hadn't thought of, even though it's actually a very trivial one.
Non-smokers know better when they kiss a smoker: sucks enough. The smell of breath, skin, clothes, no thank you.
I'm not telling you that you should quit for women, you should quit for the 3 reasons I mentioned above but know that there is also this benefit right around the corner.
7. I sleep well (when I'm not doing night!)
When I'm not going out at night, I try to go to bed at a normal time, say around 11 a.m.
Before sleeping I read a book, this relaxes the mind and prepares for sleep. I try to never use my smartphone or computer in bed, the type of light these devices give off, shot into the eyes, makes it quite difficult to sleep.
