We live in the information society, every day we are bombarded with news of all kinds.

This is a wonderful thing, something that is normal for us but until a few decades ago, before the internet revolution, was unthinkable.

But in the midst of all the advantages that easy access to information has brought us, we also find disadvantages, or rather, of the dangers. It's up to us not to run into these dangers by taking only the best of new technologies.

One of these dangers is getting so inundated with information that you have a sense of fulfillment given by simply receiving the information itself.

In other words, we like to receive information, but it may happen that a drunkenness with information leads us to forget that some things are not only to be read, but also and above all applied!

Let's take the saying of Confucius that I quoted in the title to better explain this concept, and let's see with an example how a person can read this site and go through the 3 different phases, having completely different results.

Let's take a man who, reading this site for the first time, reads the concept of "Don't beg for a woman's attention".

The first part of the saying is, "If I listen I forget", assimilated to "If I read I forget".

So this man if only reads the concept of not begging for attention, is it possible that he doesn't remember.

The second part: "If I see I remember".

This man, instead of simply reading about it, sets out to observe his interactions with women and also thinks about his past experiences.

Making a comparison between what you read and the world around you has a new reading of things, and surely he will remember the concept.

The third part is, "If I do I understand".

This, as you might think, is not just an encouragement to get busy and put things into practice, it is something much deeper.

Much deeper because it gives the practice a very specific goal: the achievement of a higher level of knowledge.

It's not just thinking that something is right, it's experiencing that something is right, and the difference between these two things is abysmal.

In this last stage the knowledge is internalized: it is part of you, of your experience. It's not just an abstract concept anymore, it's a reality you've experienced on your skin.

Why am I telling you all this?

To remember how everything we read that can be applied in the real world, should be applied if we want a deep understanding of the thing.

Otherwise we end up in theaimless intellectualism, the simple talk and discuss things, which as interesting as it is, is not the goal of this blog and is certainly not a way to improve your life in terms of women and beyond.

That's why certain things I can explain only to those who have already experienced, only to those who have already given themselves to do so.

Only these people have experienced certain situations and only they can understand certain explanations, certain techniques, certain concepts. The others can certainly read them, but they will struggle to understand them.

So: practice gives a next level of understanding. Before you judge things, try them, your world will open up.
